The Hit

The Hit

The Hit is a story written by Nik Howard, of Chuck Dixie Productions, and
starring Jim Weir, of Thaddius Pictures. It was a ten-minute short that only
took up one DV tape. It was shot in a day and a night, for the entirety of the day
and the entirety of the night, but it was completed. It was fully edited as well.
But then The Shadow People was begun and all the excess video files from The Hit were
deleted, however, the fully rendered version is still lost on a hard drive somewhere.
It may have to be recaptured to the computer and reedited once The Shadow People is
Fully finished.
The Short itself telling the tale of an assassin going after a target
going in for the kill just after the target has a big, drunken, party with freinds.
Nik Howard as a Mime-Trainer

Le Pantomime Magnifique

A story of A mime who was brutally kicked out of his miming turf by an evil mime.
He then turns to M. Marso, Dance instructor and trainer of mimes, to get him ready
For the greatest silent mime-power fight he'd ever be in.
This film was made as a part of the 48 hour film project 2005.
All speaking parts are in french because we picked the genre of Foreign Language Film.
The Prop we had to use was a Flotation Device.
The Charachter we had to use was M. Marso, Dance instructor.
And the line of dialoge we had to include was "If you do that again, I'll scream!"
You can go the 48 hour film project's site, to learn more about it,
from the link in our links page.

Current Projects

Simon from The Shadow People

The Shadow People

A 20 Minute-long short that took somewhere between 6 to 8 months to complete.
It was made by filming every wednesday and thursday evening, for two months,
between the hours of 11:00pm and 6:00am. We didn't necessarily film til that late every night,
but we didn't always start that early either. Unless someone is outside in the daylight,
every time you see people in the daylight, it was only made to look so by shining very
bright lights in through the windows and around the rooms.
It was a hard process but it has been completed and has just finished with reshoots and reedits.
This horror story of a horror movie short now stands complete,
nearly exhausting those involved with their tremendous efforts and hard work.
